Warehouse Supervisor | Henderson, NV
Nexeo Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a leading distributor and service center supporting the gaming industry in Henderson, NV. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team while overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and facility coordination.
We're looking for a mature, professional individual who can lead by example, maintain operational excellence, and help drive productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is not a desk-only management role—successful candidates will actively participate in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and warehouse operations while supervising a small team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee workload distribution, work assignments, and productivity of warehouse staff.
- Train, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a player-coach by working alongside warehouse employees as needed.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Generate shipping labels utilizing systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
- Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Investigate and communicate receiving discrepancies and inventory variances.
- Coordinate freight shipments and communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and customers.
- Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventory audits.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Organize inventory locations and ensure proper product labeling and storage.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning and replenishment activities.
- Serve as a keyholder for opening and closing the facility, including alarm system responsibilities.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact with corporate headquarters.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, equipment upkeep, and building-related issues.
- Monitor office and warehouse supply inventories and replenish as needed.
- Assist with reporting, communication, and administrative functions using Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- 5 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience.
- 5 years of leadership, supervisory, lead, or team management experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of:
- Shipping and receiving procedures
- Order fulfillment and pick/pack operations
- Inventory control and cycle counting
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced operation.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Able to make sound decisions and take ownership of daily operations.
- Willing to step in wherever needed—from inventory control and team support to facility maintenance and customer communication.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP/WMS platforms.
- Experience in gaming industry distribution, electronics distribution, or parts distribution environments.
- Experience utilizing UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or comparable shipping systems.
- Resident of the Las Vegas Valley for 5 years.
- Facility management or office management experience.
- Hands-on leadership experience with the ability to lead by example.
- Comfortable managing people, processes, inventory, and facility needs.
Pay
$22.00–$27.00 per hour DOE
Schedule
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
