Responsibilities
- Perform production and manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production processes.
- Use pallet jacks or forklifts when assigned to Shipping & Receiving roles.
- Follow operational procedures, ITAR/ATF compliance standards, and company policies.
- Wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and other protective equipment.
- Complete lifting and dexterity requirements during onboarding.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Support overtime and weekend production schedules as needed.
- Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to stand for the full shift.
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
- Must be able to speak and read English.
- Resume required with a stable work history.
- Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to long-term employment.
- Must be eligible under ITAR/ATF requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
- Must not be currently employed at, or recently separated from, a restricted facility without approval.
- Must be able to work without jewelry on the production floor.
- Must pass a drug screening, background check, and physical assessments.
Pay
$21.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Day Shift | 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM
