Sanitation Worker | Tremonton, UT
Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Sanitation Worker for a leading production facility in Tremonton, UT. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting production operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional janitorial position—you’ll work directly within production areas using specialized equipment to ensure the facility is ready for efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain production floors, hallways, and all areas used by the production team.
- Operate a Zamboni-style floor cleaning machine to maintain facility cleanliness.
- Use a forklift for sanitation tasks, including operating cleaning attachments and dumping totes.
- Ensure all production areas meet sanitation and safety standards.
- Support overall plant cleanliness to enable efficient production operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn specialized cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 graveyard schedule.
- Preferred: Previous forklift experience.
Pay
$21.50 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Graveyard Shift | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
