Production Support Associate | Tremonton, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Support Associates for a leading food manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations through sanitation, packaging, material handling, and end-of-line support activities. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following established procedures and quality standards. This is a full-time night shift opportunity with a rotating 12-hour schedule that includes built-in overtime and every other weekend off.

Responsibilities

• Perform general sanitation duties throughout production and GMP support areas.
• Support end-of-line production activities, including tote packing, case folding, inspections, rework, sampling, and waste handling.
• Assist with special packaging projects and trial production runs.
• Maintain foot baths, slip sheets, and other production support materials.
• Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to company safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scan guns, and scissor lifts as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily operational goals.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and solid work history.
• Ability to follow instructions and established SOPs.
• Basic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, elevated, and confined-space environments as needed.

Pay

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Night Shift | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule | 4:15 PM - 4:30 AM
