Production Associate | Logan, UT

Nexeo Staffing is hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing operations on swing shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with prior production experience who value consistency, reliability, and long-term employment. Production Associates will be on their feet throughout the shift, follow detailed work instructions, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality. Overtime on Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Stand for the full duration of the shift
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Work scheduled swing or grave shifts consistently
• Work overtime on Saturdays as required
• Maintain reliability and consistent attendance

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior production experience
• Demonstrated history of stable employment
• Ability to remain on your feet for an entire shift
• Ability to speak and read English
• Willingness to work required overtime
• Reliable and committed to long-term employment 
  • Preferred: Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Pay

$19.50 - $21.06 per hour

Schedule

Part Time | Friday-Sunday | Day Shift | 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM

Part Time | Friday-Sunday | Swing Shift | 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Part Time | Friday-Sunday | Grave Shift | 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM
