Nexeo is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our client's team in Logan, UT. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are key. As a Production Associate, you’ll help maintain product quality, meet production goals, and support continuous improvement efforts on the floor.

Responsibilities

•    Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

•    Perform production tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

•    Inspect products for quality and troubleshoot issues when needed

•    Work efficiently with minimal supervision while meeting daily goals

•    Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

•    Participate in training and skill certifications to expand responsibilities

•    Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency

•    Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to keep production running smoothly

Qualifications

•    1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or inspection-related work

•    Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

•    Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly (and occasionally 50 lbs)

•    Good eyesight for quality checks and inspections

•    Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions

•    Must be able to read, write, and speak English at a functional level (Spanish-speaking team members available to assist if needed)

Pay

$19.00–$19.50 per hour

Schedule

Swing Shift: First day starts at 4:00 pm, then Monday–Wednesday 3:30 pm–2:30 am, and Thursday 3:30 pm–10:30 pm
