Electronics Production Associate | Logan, UT

Responsibilities
• Perform semi-repetitive electronic production and assembly work
• Hand solder electronic assemblies
• Complete electro-mechanical assembly tasks
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment
• Enter production tracking data into computer systems
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• IPC/J-STD certification preferred
• In-house training provided during the first 90 days for qualifying employees
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Hand and power tool experience preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent attendance history required
Pay
$18.00 – $19.50 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
