Responsibilities
• Perform assembly, disassembly, testing, and repair of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues involving electrical components, wiring, and internal systems
• Use ERP or service tracking systems to retrieve work orders and document completed repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Utilize hand tools, testing equipment, and soldering tools for electronic repair work
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a structured service environment
• Communicate clearly through written reports and internal messaging systems
• Support front office service operations and assist with coordinating repair workflows
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Must have 3–5 years of recent experience as a slot machine technician, gaming technician, or electronics repair technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems
- Experience with ERP systems or service tracking software
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong written communication and basic computer/email skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a structured service or workshop environment
- Preferred: Soldering experience
Pay
$20.00 – $26.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
