In this role, you'll assist with unloading and transporting tables, chairs, décor, equipment, and event materials into venues throughout the Las Vegas area while supporting event setup and production operations.

Responsibilities
• Load and unload tables, chairs, décor, equipment, and event materials
• Transport materials safely into event and show venues
• Use carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as directed
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Work efficiently as part of an event setup and production crew
• Follow instructions from field operations leadership and onsite supervisors
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Communicate with the team regarding scheduling, venue details, and assignment updates
Qualifications
• OSHA 10 card required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving event materials
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a crew
• Must have proper identification required for entry into event venues
• Reliable cell phone communication is highly preferred
Preferred:
• Previous experience in loading/unloading, general labor, event setup, warehouse operations, material handling, moving, or production
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Part Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Assignment Details
• Work is expected during the first two weeks of November
• Approximately one week off, followed by work during the third and/or fourth week of November
• Event venues and work locations will vary based on scheduled events
• Temporary / Event-Based assignment
