French Instructor (Bilingual French/English) | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is seeking an energetic and experienced French Instructor to support a fast-growing security technology organization specializing in remote video monitoring, AI-powered surveillance, and 24/7 security solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

This is not a traditional classroom teaching position. We are looking for a hands-on French Language Instructor who can teach practical, workplace-focused French directly alongside employees in a dynamic operational environment. You will help front-line operators build real-world communication skills through interactive coaching, micro-learning, and on-the-job language development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials tailored to adult learners.
• Deliver engaging in-person French language instruction in a workplace setting.
• Provide practical, job-specific language training through real-time coaching and mentorship.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and abilities.
• Assess learner progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and ongoing coaching.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and language practice.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve communication effectiveness.
• Share instructional best practices and support ongoing employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching French as a Second Language (FSL), French instruction, ESL/FSL, adult education, corporate training, or workforce development.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design experience.
• Experience creating educational materials, assessments, and training content.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), training software, and educational technology tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse cultural backgrounds and learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with tutoring, mentoring, training, instructional coaching, or adult learning preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, French, Linguistics, Languages, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.

Pay

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
