Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and throughput standards
- Complete hourly quality and production reports accurately
- Perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming product
- Report quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership
- Follow all plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times
- Maintain housekeeping standards in production and assigned areas
- Ensure proper raw material levels to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot minor production line issues
- Perform relief duties as required
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to accurately complete reports
- Dependable transportation
- Career-minded with a willingness to learn and grow
Pay
$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Grave Shift 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
