Machine Operator | La Verkin, UT
Nexeo Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment specializing in machining, milling, and custom metal components serving industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in CNC production, quality inspection, and manufacturing operations who want to grow in a clean, organized, and quality-driven facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines in a production environment
- Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet strict quality and tolerance standards
- Perform in-process quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Identify defects and take corrective action to maintain product quality
- Follow blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support production goals while maintaining high attention to detail
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, CNC Operator, or Manufacturing Operator
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule
- Preferred:
- Experience in quality inspection, machining, or metal production
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
