Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trucks and containers, ensuring accurate handling of shipping documents and materials

• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition

• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and assist with replenishment of critical parts and supplies on site

• Support returns processing (RMA) and track materials using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tools

• Stage, move, and organize materials within the warehouse and data center floor

• Assist with assembly and installation of equipment or components using provided instructions or diagrams

• Install rack hardware or components using basic hand tools and measuring tools

• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, straddle stackers, and rack movers

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S and company standards

• Push, pull, lift (up to 50 lbs), stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, assembly, or production environments

• Experience with shipping/receiving, stocking, picking/packing, or inventory control preferred

• Familiarity with WMS systems, RF scanners, or inventory tools is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions

• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems

• Experience using hand tools or working with equipment/components is helpful but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to the USA Parkway worksite

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and national background check

Pay

$25.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

*Must be willing & available to work overtime as needed.
