Leasing & Resident Services Coordinator | Lehi, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Leasing & Resident Services Coordinator to join a busy property management team. This position serves as a key point of contact for current residents and prospective buyers, helping create a positive experience through excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can manage multiple tasks, and understands the importance of providing accurate information and asking questions when clarification is needed.

Responsibilities

•    Answer incoming phone calls and assist residents and prospective buyers professionally.

•    Schedule and coordinate property tour appointments.

•    Enter and maintain accurate resident, prospect, and tour information in company databases.

•    Receive and process rent payments from residents.

•    Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

•    Maintain organized records and ensure information is entered accurately.

•    Follow company policies and procedures for resident communications and payments.

•    Direct questions and concerns to the appropriate team members when additional information is needed.

•    Build positive relationships with residents, visitors, and prospective buyers.

Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent required.

•    Previous customer service, reception, leasing, or administrative experience preferred.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Proficiency with computers and data entry.

•    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

•    Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.

•    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

•    Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.

•    Comfortable asking for clarification when additional information is needed.

Pay 

$18.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with one weekday off

Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm
