Nexeo Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading swimming pool products distributor in Gilbert, AZ. As part of the world's largest wholesale distribution network for swimming pool supplies, equipment, and related leisure products, this company serves customers with a wide range of inventory, including pool care products, construction materials, replacement parts, fencing, and spas.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for pickup and delivery

• Pick orders using RF scanners and warehouse management tools

• Assist customers with loading and unloading products safely and professionally

• Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently

• Receive inbound shipments and verify inventory accuracy

• Perform inventory audits and support inventory management processes

• Operate sit-down propane forklifts safely and efficiently

• Conduct daily warehouse cleanup and maintain an organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and delivery personnel

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping & receiving, or inventory experience preferred

• Prior forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift experience is a plus)

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse technology is helpful

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver materials weighing up to 100 lbs

• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Pay

$17.00–$18.00 per hour
Based on experience

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

40 hours per week with occasional weekend work as needed.
