Exhibit Builder/Warehouse Associate | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is seeking a dependable Exhibit Builder / Warehouse Associate for an established organization that designs and delivers custom exhibits, branded environments, and live event experiences for clients across a wide range of industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and possesses basic woodworking and fabrication skills. This hybrid role combines exhibit fabrication, display assembly, warehouse operations, and material handling in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and fabricate custom displays, exhibits, and event components
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and table saws
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for cutting and assembly tasks
• Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, staging, organizing, and shipping materials
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure displays and components meet specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for basic documentation, inventory tracking, and production support
• Assist with inventory management and material preparation for upcoming projects
• Support production and warehouse teams during peak business periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fabrication, assembly, woodworking, production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and table saws
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

• Inventory control and logistics support
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and move materials throughout the facility

Pay 

$22.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
