Mid-Level to Senior Real Estate Associate (Transactions)

One of our clients is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate to join its Real Estate Transactions practice.
This practice advises clients on complex matters involving the structuring, formation, financing, development, and operation of real estate investments across a wide range of asset classes and legal structures. The team is deeply involved throughout the full lifecycle of real estate investments, including:
- Single-asset and development joint ventures
- Portfolio and programmatic joint ventures
- Recapitalizations and roll-ups (including redemptions)
- Preferred equity investments
- Complex real estate financings
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on sophisticated real estate transactions
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures and financing arrangements
- Support acquisitions and dispositions across multiple asset classes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-value deals
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
- Substantial experience in one or more of the following:
- Real estate finance (lender and/or borrower side)
- Joint ventures
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Experience across asset classes such as office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
