• Assist in managing complex IP and patent litigation cases

• Conduct detailed legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an IP/Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

• Strong background in intellectual property and patent litigation

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (State Bar required)

• Background in electrical engineering or computer science preferred

• Federal clerkship experience is a plus

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
