• Support renewable energy transactions, including tax equity and tax credit transfer deals

• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on complex tax issues

• 1–3 years of experience as a Tax Associate Attorney in a law firm setting

• Strong knowledge of Subchapter K and partnership taxation

• Juris Doctor (JD) and LL.M. in Taxation required

• Admission to practice law (State Bar required)

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills

• Ability to manage complex transactions and meet deadlines
