The role focuses on personal injury defense, premises liability, and public entity defense, with exposure to institutional clients and complex litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances
- Work directly with partners and clients on litigation strategy
Qualifications
- 3 years licensed in California (required)
- Defense-side experience preferred
- Background in premises liability, PI defense, or public entity defense strongly preferred
- Construction litigation experience is a plus
