NewGen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to deliver compassionate, person‑centered care. We’re looking for an AP Manager to lead a busy accounts payable team, ensure timely and accurate payments, and work hand‑in‑hand with the Controller to keep our communities supported.
What you’ll do:

Manage the daily AP workflow: assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met

Train and support AP staff on policies, procedures, and best practices

Oversee vendor payments, expense reports, and timely treasury submissions with precise record‑keeping

Review the AP register for accuracy, perform monthly reconciliations, and audit check requests for proper approvals

Partner with the Controller on reports, analyses, and recommendations to improve AP performance

Maintain strict confidentiality across all financial and personnel matters
What you bring:

Must have: 3 years of accounts payable management experience

Must have: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Must have: Proven ability to lead a team and deliver accurate, on‑time payments in a fast‑paced setting

Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
