About The Role
Nevly is seeking a Scrum Master III to join our Nevly Money (the “Product”) Platform Engineering Team (the “Team”). We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong organizational and planning skills and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a metrics/data-driven analytical mindset of constantly measuring success and driving continuous improvement in tools, content, and programs.

Nevly offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus based on performance and also provides a generous benefits package to its team members:
Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000

About The Role
Nevly is seeking a Scrum Master III to join our Nevly Money (the “Product”) Platform Engineering Team (the “Team”). Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
- Ability to document and track business and solution requirements in a structured manner.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to Company stakeholders.
- Work with a cross functional team to handle backlog and prioritize new requests.
- Track KPIs and ensure deliverables are up to the Company’s quality standards.
- Guide engineering teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a scrum master.
- Readiness for intensive and cooperative teamwork.
- Expert level experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong reporting and technical writing skills and strong analytical skills.
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills.
