About The Role
Nevly is seeking a Director of Report Auditing Service (the “Director”) to design and implement the strategic and operational processes that the Company uses to deliver our Report Auditing Service (the “Service”) (the “Department”). Before describing the Director role, we believe it’s important to explain what the Service is. In short, the Service represents our alternative to legacy credit repair services with some material differences. First, we deliver the Service as an embedded feature inside of the Company’s core products; incentivize consumers who are utilizing the Service to be truthful in their decisions on how to handle items on their credit report and do not charge anything for the Service given the fact that it is deployed inside of products that have defined operating models As the Director, you will be responsible for designing the strategies and processes that will be used to deliver the Service; oversee the recruiting, onboarding and training of specialists who will work to deliver the Service on a day-to-day basis and oversee the overall innovation lifecycle of the Service. You will also be principally responsible for ensuring that the delivery of the Service is at all times done in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and/or regulations. Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert with strong domain knowledge, a passion for helping uplift individual consumers and possesses prior credit repair experience.
Position Responsibilities
Nevly offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus based on performance and also provides a generous benefits package to its team members:
Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000
Additional Compensation: Role eligible for commission based compensation
