About The Role
Nevly is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing (the “Director”) to participate materially in the building and leading of the Company’s marketing department (the “Department”). As the Director, you will be one of the Company’s earliest full time hires within the marketing department and will play a meaningful role, with other Company stakeholders, in the development and execution of the Company’s brand marketing strategy. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy and related marketing initiatives for the Company. The right candidate will be able to ensure that all branding and communication efforts effectively convey the Company’s mission, vision and values, while also driving revenue and increasing brand awareness.
Position Responsibilities
Nevly offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus based on performance and also provides a generous benefits package to its team members:
Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000
Additional Compensation: Role eligible for commission based compensation

About The Role

Position Responsibilities
- Define and articulate our brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with the Company’s marketing objectives.
- Lead brand activation initiatives, including events, sponsorships and partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring that all marketing materials adhere to the Company’s brand standards.
- Collaborate with the creative and design teams to build and rollout all branding assets such as logos, taglines, visual elements and marketing collateral material.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand campaigns and storytelling that resonates with the Company’s target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders about share of voice and brand positioning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and consumer insights to identify new brand opportunities and innovative strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, including creative agencies and media outlets.
- Collaborate with the Company’s PR and Communications teams to help build a robust PR strategy and ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across earned media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Community and Product to drive innovative and effective brand campaigns.
- Six (6) years of experience in brand marketing, public relations/communications with a focus on brand strategy and execution.
- Proving track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages.
- Event design and management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
- Proficient in using brand analytics tools and platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for building and evolving brands.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to build brand campaigns for specific audiences.
- Experience doing brand marketing and strategy for social impact or social sector related work is also a plus.
- Highly organized and thoughtful with communication.
- Experience building and leading teams.
