Title: Specialist - Supply chain Operations
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Knoxville, TN
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Summary
Support field operations by managing financial receipt processes, reporting, and communication across multiple sites. This role requires strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in receiving, billing, and inventory tracking.
Responsibilities
• Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials
• Work with finance teams to generate reports and minimize receiving and billing errors
• Provide performance metrics to field representatives
• Interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts when required
• Manage email communication and coordination through Outlook
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and reporting
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of discrepancies
• Interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
• Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Email management (Outlook)
• Attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Oracle experience
• Order management
• ERP systems
Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to work independently and interpret financial and technical information
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, including interaction with senior management
• Advanced proficiency with administrative tools such as Excel
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to plan and manage work within project-driven environments
