Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Pay Rate: $25/HR.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist.
- Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials
- Support shipping and receiving materials from the corporate warehouse and the field
- Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections
- Provide metrics to field representatives on site performance
- Occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materials.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial & technical information
- Effectively communicate key information to cross-functional teams, including senior management
- Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel.
- Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies & procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities
- Ability to stay focused and skilled at time management
- Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project-driven environment.
