Title: Procurement Integration Project Manager
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Foster City, CA 94404 (Hybrid/ 3 days onsite)
Shift: Standard Business Hours
Position Summary
• Lead end-to-end procurement integration activities for acquisitions, ensuring seamless Day 1 readiness and transition to steady-state operations.
• Translate deal strategy into executable procurement plans, timelines, and governance models.
• Design and implement Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay workflows across integration scenarios.
• Act as the central point of coordination across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, AP, and IMO stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Integration Planning & Program Management
• Design and own the procurement integration roadmap including Day 1 readiness, interim state, and steady-state milestones.
• Develop and maintain timelines covering supplier onboarding, contracting, PO/invoicing, and system transitions.
• Identify risks and critical path dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Integration Management Office (IMO) for alignment with integration waves.
E2E Procurement Process Design
• Design and document end-to-end procurement workflows (Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay).
• Create process maps defining roles across Procurement, Finance, Legal, AP, and business stakeholders.
• Define workflows for new vs. existing suppliers, spend categories, and dual-system environments.
Cross-Functional Governance & Decision Enablement
• Establish decision frameworks for supplier and contract transitions.
• Ensure clear ownership of suppliers, contracts, POs, and approvals.
• Facilitate alignment sessions for budgeting, contract ownership, and supplier communication.
• Resolve ambiguity across stakeholders and drive timely decision-making.
Supplier & Contract Transition Management
• Identify critical suppliers and contracts and support contract lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate contract amendments, terminations, and uploads into systems.
• Manage supplier communication and ensure continuity during transitions.
Systems & Controls Enablement
• Design procurement system strategies including dual-system operations and transition timelines.
• Partner with Finance and AP to define controls and audit-ready documentation.
• Support reconciliation and reporting across systems during integration.
Documentation, Training & Change Enablement
• Develop process documentation, playbooks, and role-based guidance.
• Support training for stakeholders and integration teams.
• Capture lessons learned and improve integration frameworks.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
• 8 years in procurement, sourcing, finance operations, or transformation roles
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs (M&A integration required)
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, NetSuite, or contract lifecycle tools
Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with procurement systems and financial controls
