Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant with expertise in Oracle Procurement and Order Management (OM) to support, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, perform testing, and support end-to-end business processes across Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, and Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Procurement and Order Management processes.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and OM modules.
- Design and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Configure Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement, and Sourcing modules.
- Configure Order Management, Pricing, Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, and Shipping processes.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle solutions.
- Develop and execute Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, and business process documentation.
- Support data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, extensions, integrations, and conversions.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement and order fulfillment policies.
