Oracle HCM – Procurement / Order Management (OM) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant with expertise in Oracle Procurement and Order Management (OM) to support, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, perform testing, and support end-to-end business processes across Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, and Order Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Procurement and Order Management processes.

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and OM modules.

• Design and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

• Configure Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement, and Sourcing modules.

• Configure Order Management, Pricing, Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, and Shipping processes.

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle solutions.

• Develop and execute Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, and business process documentation.

• Support data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, extensions, integrations, and conversions.

• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.

• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Ensure compliance with organizational procurement and order fulfillment policies.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
