Manufacturing Specialist

This role is basically a Manufacturing Engineer support role focused on new machines and processes.

• You help set up and introduce new manufacturing equipment (machines) into production.
• You create documents and instructions so workers know how to use those machines properly.
• You support engineers in testing, validating, and improving processes before full production starts.
• You make sure everything runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

Education & Experience Required:
