Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: Allentown, PA 18109
Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
M-F 7:30-4:30
Summary:
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- Multi-tenant class A facility
- Prefer someone with experience in that environment working with tenants and vendor
Team Overview:
2 other engineers and working for chief engineer
Resource's typical working day:
- Mechanical systems
- Preventative maintenance
- Inspection
- Operation
Must Have Skills:
Experience with chilled water systems
Experience with building automation systems
Nice to have skills:
Refrigerant certification would be a nice to have
Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Education High School Diploma experience
Trade school
Software skills: MS Office Suite
Interview Process: Virtual interview, Onsite with chief engineer
