Job Description:
- The Customer Service Representative supports/Chemetall’s Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order‐to‐cash process.
- The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem‐solving skills, a customer‐focused and adaptable mindset, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills
