Growing Insurance office is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for both current clients and new prospects—providing exceptional service, handling policy updates, and supporting day-to-day insurance needs.
Whether you already have insurance experience or are newer to the field, looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer policy change requests efficiently and accurately
- Assist clients with claims and provide follow-up support
- Request and manage necessary documentation from customers
- Prepare and complete Evidence of Insurance requests
- Document all client interactions in the system (eAgent)
- Greet in-office customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Accept and process premium payments
- Answer client questions and provide product knowledge support
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required or willing to obtain)
- Prior insurance or office experience is a plus
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
