Title: Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate
Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL

- Draft principal acquisition agreements and engage in direct negotiations.
- Work collaboratively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals to deliver exceptional legal solutions.
- Provide high-quality, timely work products while meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to team efforts as required.
Requirements:
- JD from a nationally recognized law school.
- Licensed to practice in Illinois.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A, with a focus on private and public companies.
- Direct experience in a top-tier law firm (AmLaw 100 preferred).
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M
