Title: Conflicts Analyst
Location: Hybrid -AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA

- Review, interpret, and summarize conflict report results.
- Analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts related to new client and matter intake forms.
- Implement information barriers and notify affected personnel.
- Draft email waivers and conflict waiver letters to ensure proper documentation of conflicts.
- Maintain conflict information in the financial database, including related party details and conflict resolution notes.
- Perform corporate research to confirm relationships to existing clients.
- Collaborate with partners and Professional Responsibility Counsel to assist in new business intake.
- Maintain internal conflicts database and ensure accurate documentation of legal and business conflicts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex conflict scenarios and adapt to procedural changes.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service-oriented skills.
- Experience identifying and resolving data integrity issues.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Paralegal certificate preferred.
