Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading and integrating Special Access Program (SAP) operations within highly classified environments, including oversight of security, infrastructure, personnel, facilities, and information technology requirements; 2) Coordinating with senior military, Senior Executive Service, Program Executive Office, Program Management Activities, and cross-service stakeholders to establish, transition, and sustain Special Access Program capabilities while ensuring compliance with security policies; 3) Demonstrating ability to manage enterprise-wide Special Access Program processes; 4) Develop standardized procedures; and 5) Leading multidisciplinary teams, and support strategic decision-making in dynamic, mission-critical environments.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
