SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MISSION AREA SUPPORT DIVISION, BUDGET FORM ULATION, JUSTIFICATION & EXECUTION DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 through GS-12 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying concepts, principle, practices, laws and regulations of Navy Working Capital Fund budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the Navy Working Capital Fund organization programs and activities; 3) Developing and implementing budgetary/financial policies; 4) Applying interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to assist in the development of an effective team.
