Qualifications:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/11 grade level or DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Solid foundation in systems engineering principles, including requirements management, V&V, and lifecycle support.
2) Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical standards and regulatory documents.
3) Working knowledge of modern aircraft avionics, data buses and navigation systems, including GPS, Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), and Flight Management Systems (FMS).
4) A strong understanding of the core principles of Performance-Based Navigation (PBN), including the key differences between RNP and RNAV.
5) Excellent technical writing and interpersonal communication skills.
6) Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and make progress on multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously.
