Restaurant Manager – Full Time

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the energy of a busy restaurant, knows how to motivate a crew, and isn’t afraid to jump on the line or the floor when needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and coach FOH team members to deliver outstanding guest service
Ensure smooth daily operations: opening/closing, shift management, and floor presence
Drive sales by monitoring labor, COGS, and key performance metrics
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization
Assist with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback
Handle guest concerns professionally and turn issues into opportunities
Support bar and kitchen teams with clear communication and teamwork
Help execute promotions, events, and new menu rollouts
What We’re Looking For
2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (FOH preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills – you set the tone for the shift
Solid understanding of basic restaurant financials (labor %, COGS, voids/discounts, etc.)
Experience with POS systems (Toast, Aloha, Micros, or similar)
Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional, reliable, and organized with great attention to detail
Flexible availability – nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
