Experienced Pizza Chef Wanted
We’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on Pizza Chef who knows their way around dough, fire, and a busy service. This is not a trainee role and not an office position. We need a pro who can step in and execute from day one.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef (coal-fired, wood-fired, or high-volume pizza experience strongly preferred)
Strong dough knowledge: mixing, fermenting, stretching, baking
Ability to work the line during peak service with speed and consistency
Experience with prep, station setup, and breakdown
Clean, organized, and food-safety focused
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional under pressure
Responsibilities
Execute pizzas to spec with consistency and pride
Prep sauces, dough, toppings, and ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized pizza station
Assist with inventory, prep lists, and daily cleaning
Support the kitchen team as needed during service
