We're looking for an experienced Pizza Chef/Pizza Maker to join our team.
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HAND-TOSSED PIZZA EXPERIENCE or EXPERIENCE WITH A PEEL. We do not use Pans nor Conveyor Ovens.
Must be experienced with high volume.

We are looking for 2 Pizza Chef positions to be filled within the week
We are a traditional pizzeria serving hand-tossed pizzas cooked on a stone deck oven. Experience with stone ovens is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hand-tossed pizzas to our quality standards
- Stretch dough and build pizzas consistently and efficiently
- Operate and monitor our stone deck pizza oven
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work, stocking, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed
- Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous hand-tossed pizza experience required
- Stone deck oven experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently during busy rushes
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Weekend and evening availability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
