We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Group Practice Solutions in Sarasota, FL.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
- Enter sales orders into production database for all cases, print, QC and attach
- Call offices to clarify order entry, questions, due dates and rush cases
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls
- Assist with shipping and receiving department as needed
- Pack cases as needed
- Familiarize and backup Operation Manager’s daily responsibilities (i.e. due date report, case scheduling, special shipping, incoming case confirmation, track packages, calling offices to reschedule as needed)
- All other duties as assigned
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to complete assigned workload daily
- Ability to read and understand prescriptions and sales orders
- Willingness to assist other team members and perform other administrative duties as required
- Ability to train other employees as needed
- Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Administrative experience
- General office equipment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
