Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous data entry or administrative office experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Ability to follow established procedures and ask questions when clarification is needed
Responsibilities include:
- Process and complete route sheets by the end of the next business day
- Enter and verify roll-off route sheet information, including landfill, billing, and disposal costs
- Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently
- Process front-load and residential service route sheets
- Verify completed services and ensure accurate data entry
- Run scale and disposal reports to confirm disposal balances
- Generate productivity reports and correct any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Perform additional administrative and data entry duties as assigned by the supervisor
