Data Entry Specialist – Purchasing Department
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support a busy Purchasing Department at a corporate office location. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone who enjoys working with accuracy, organization, and digital systems.
Key Responsibilities for Data Entry Specialist:
- Enter product information into the materials library within Buildertrend
- Source product photos from manufacturer websites
- Take product photos on-site in the design center when needed
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across approximately 1,000 product entries
- Work closely with the Purchasing Manager during initial training and onboarding
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating websites and working with online systems
- Ability to work efficiently and independently after training
- Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
