Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Consistently achieve or surpass revenue and performance objectives.
Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new industries and geographic territories.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover potential clients, partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
Client Partnerships
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client objectives to deliver tailored security solutions and ensure exceptional satisfaction.
Digital Engagement
- Utilize social media and digital marketing platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and online content strategies.
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (security industry preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) β fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Skilled in leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for B2B engagement and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of security services, products, and client requirements across multiple sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
