About the Role
Nation Security is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Security Operations Manager to lead security teams across multiple client sites in Florida. This leadership role is central to maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate has extensive private security experience, proven leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Direct daily security operations across multiple client locations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise security officers and site supervisors.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
- Ensure all personnel meet licensing and certification requirements.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and engagement.
Client Relations & Service Delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Ensure all services consistently meet or exceed contractual and quality standards.
Operational Oversight & Compliance
- Develop and enforce site-specific security protocols and post orders.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Manage incident response, documentation, and investigations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare accurate reports, billing documentation, and performance summaries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Collaboration & Industry Engagement
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and internal teams.
- Stay current on security trends, technology, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations or related management roles.
- Prior leadership experience in the private security industry is required.
- Valid Florida Class D Security License or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52,000 – $60,000/year (based on experience)

Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years direct private security experience (required).
- Must be able to commute to Doral/Miami, FL (33182).
- Willing to relocate prior to start date, if applicable.
