The Parenting Love and Limits (PLL) program in Westchester County is hiring a compassionate and dedicated PLL Therapist. This role involves providing clinical services through group and individual sessions to address family challenges, assist in goal achievement, and support the safety and well-being of children and families. The PLL Therapist collaborates with colleagues to deliver effective clinical services to families in their homes and communities
Responsibilities Include:

Conduct intake screenings for new referrals in alignment with agency and Partnering for Lasting Change (PLL) standards

Complete pre- and post-treatment assessments in accordance with PLL model requirements

Co-facilitate PLL group sessions alongside a PLL Case Manager

Deliver clinical interventions to families using the evidence-based PLL model

Guide and support families in achieving individualized service and treatment plan goals

Connect families to vital community resources and services to ensure long-term support

Provide flexible, family-centered services including evening and weekend availability

Ensure fidelity to the PLL model by completing required adherence and outcome measures

Collaborate with the Department of Social Services to align treatment with family needs

Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate comprehensive care

Offer on-call crisis support during non-traditional hours as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, interventions, and progress

Partner with community stakeholders to promote effective service delivery and goal achievement
Desired Qualifications:
- Required Master’s degree in social work, counseling or a related area
- Two years related experience in Therapy and/or training preferred
- Experience with troubled and/or delinquent adolescents preferred
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Westchester County, Orange County and other locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities
- Experience in child welfare preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
