We are currently seeking a Full-Time Clinician to join our newest short-term residential program for young women ages 12–17, offering robust clinical, therapeutic, educational, and case management services to unaccompanied children. The goal is to reunite youth with family members or other identified sponsors.
Position Summary
The Clinician is responsible for the provision of individual, group, and family therapy. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong engagement, assessment, and documentation skills. This role requires evening and weekend hours and includes after-hours on-call responsibilities.

A Day in the Life:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in care

Collaborate with program staff to support trauma-informed care

Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings with stakeholders

Document services and clinical notes in accordance with agency and funder requirements

Ensure timely medical coordination: screenings, prescriptions, off-site medical appointments (dental, optometry, etc.)

Maintain and submit medical incident reports to state and federal stakeholders

Prepare families/sponsors to support medical care upon reunification

Support a positive and healthy environment for youth and staff

Desired Qualifications:
- Required: Bilingual (English / Spanish
- LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, MFT, or MFTA
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and train others
- Commitment to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care
Salary: Dependent on education and experience
