Location: Novi, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time | 13-Week Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Position Details
- Location: Novi, MI
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential for full-time conversion
- Pay : $20.60/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Room and prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- Obtain and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information in Epic EMR
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and immunizations as directed
- Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, CLIA-waived testing, ECGs, and other clinical procedures
- Process medication refills, referrals, laboratory, and radiology orders
- Schedule appointments and coordinate outpatient procedures
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and office procedures
- Maintain examination rooms, equipment, and supplies while ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting
