About the Role
We’re seeking an End User Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and quick turnaround.
- Support new hire setups, office moves, and AV equipment troubleshooting.
- Maintain device inventory and ensure proper assignment tracking.
- Collaborate with IT teams for complex issue resolution.
- Assist with software installations and licensing compliance.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and participate in problem/change management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and imaging tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
