Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
- Mapping and documentation of all internal Finance & Controlling processes relative to the launch of a new Retail and Lease Portfolio system in 2016.
- Identify process and data gaps and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training activities associated with the project.
- Work closely with Finance & Controlling, business, and IT to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
- Development of clear and detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements
- Develop diverse exhaustive use-case scenarios to test the design of the new system
- Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality
- Assist the project team in prioritizing and managing requirements
- Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents
- Identifying issues and risks for business and IT
Skills
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
- Strong facilitation skills to manage business process workshops
- Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements
- Ability to develop instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust communication to accommodate diverse audiences
- Ability to coordinate and track tasks with multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- ALM experience preferred
Software Skills – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Sharepoint)
Experience
- 3-4 years automotive finance business processes with focus on call center activities (Customer Service and Collection processes)
- 1-3 years Business Analyst experience, on large and complex projects
- 1-2 years business process analysis and documentation
- 1-2 years project management and facilitation activities
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or Economics
